It's been a while, but life's going pretty good. Darren and I moved into the apartment with a little help from Tom. Thank you sooooo much.

Ummm in otherness, we have teh kitty (he's a bastard) we have had many teh adventure in apartment with said bastard kitty. ( Like breaking a set of expensive wine glasses, and then making a suicide attempt . . . yea my cat tries to test the theory that cats land on their feet - from the third floor. We've busted a window (not our fault though, half the window in our place our original 1900 windows O.o we opened it and the glass was like wtf-leave me alone, and fell out and went down and smashed on the ground outside. Both Darren and I were like WTFmate!
Ummmm I'm now full-time in the cafe, feel free to come visit me, I make a pretty good latte I've been told ( when I don't spill the milk on myself) I'm not good enough to be in any latte art competitions but I'm getting there. My steamed milk is damn near perfect! :) Unfortunately I can't get much practice down because our espresso machine at work is messing up the shots. they're not bad, but they don't have enough crema on them and it's starting to piss me off. I know the brew time is correct, and the water is definitely fucking hot enough (shows burns to prove so) So the only thing I can assume is that the burrs in our espresso grinders need to be cleaned/sharpened or SOMETHING. In random news I have a new favorite drink, teh macchiato, there are many ways to make one, but the Borders Cafe way is a shot of espresso and a dollop of foam it tis very good
Ummmm yea not much to say other than life has been good if not very busy O.o

So yea, haven't updated in ages o.o Good news though! Darren and I have an apartment and shall be moved in end of this month begining of auguest, so leave a message if I can kidnap you to help! :) wednesday Aug 2 is when we'll be doing most of the moving. so if anyone's available comment :)
